The team

Made by lifters,
for lifters.

Progressor exists because we couldn't find a training app we'd actually use. Every other app either treats us like beginners or asks us to maintain our own spreadsheet. So we built the one we wanted.

Our mission

Help serious lifters make measurable, structured progress — every cycle, for as long as they train.

Always Doing Better..

Our story

Built in a garage gym.

The first version of Progressor was a Notion table. The second was a Google Sheet with eight tabs and a script that broke once a month. The third was a Python notebook. By version four we admitted we were building software, and that we should probably make it work for other people too.

Progressor is the work of a small team of lifters, engineers, and one stubborn coach who wouldn't stop sending feedback. We don't take VC money. We don't do influencer deals. We charge $9.99 a month and we ship what our users ask for.

Always Doing Better isn't a tagline. It's how we ship.

What we believe

Six principles.

These aren't marketing — they're how we decide what gets built and what gets killed. Every release is measured against them.

01
Systematic over random

Every session serves the macro. Nothing is programmed on a whim.

02
Measurable over felt

If you can't track it, you can't improve it. We obsess over the numbers.

03
Long-term over short-term

12-week cycles. Not 7-day challenges. Real adaptations take time.

04
Structure over motivation

Motivation is unreliable. A good program runs on habit and data.

05
Honesty over flattery

Stagnation is flagged. Missed sessions are counted. The data doesn't lie.

06
Simplicity over complexity

One focus per session. One method per progression. One goal per macro.
